DfE T Level Awareness Raising Event 2019
T Levels will be introduced in September 2020 and will be rolled out across the country by 2025. To achieve this, it is important to ensure that all parts of the FE sector are aware of and understand the implications of technical education reform and have the opportunity to consider how Colleges may engage with implementation.
This event is aimed at Curriculum Managers, leaders and lecturers.

Gatsby Charitable Foundation is working with partners to support providers’ preparations for the introduction of the fifteen technical education routes. As DfE implements the recommendations of the Independent Panel for Technical Education, Gatsby is carrying out ‘routes ready’ work to make the most of the opportunities the reforms offer to shape the technical pathways that learners and employers need, and to ensure that staff and institutions are well prepared for the move to T Levels.
We will introduce our work supporting Combined Authorities/LEPs and providers in particular localities to coherently plan for technical education reform and share emerging good practice from this work as it continues.

What did previous delegates say?
This kind of event is fundamental in order to promote discussion and better understanding of the changes to come. Besides the information presented, the opportunity to feedback and share experiences with other delegates make it unique each time I attend.

This event provides a lot of information . I am new in the job and the T-level qualification is also new to many, although it is meant to be a good qualification to get students work-ready.
