Course Overview:
Our up-skilling course is for secondary language teachers who are currently teaching Spanish and wish to progress their knowledge of the language. This CPD course for teachers takes into account the fact that delegates already have advanced language-learning skills, understand grammatical structures and wish to fast-track their learning. This course is for language teachers with some knowledge of Spanish and is perfect for those looking to deepen their language skills and teaching competence.

• Further enhancing oral fluency
• Advanced phonetics, pronunciation, and intonation techniques

• Reviewing the present tense to correct common mistakes
• Understanding different past tenses and their uses
• Exploring the uses of the subjunctive and the imperative
• Expanding vocabulary and sophisticated language structures

The course will be split over six days, running 6pm to 8:30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time / 9am to 11.30am UK Time each day. Dates to be confirmed.

Presenter Profile

Adam Samuel has taught EFL in both Spain & UK and Spanish Key stages 3,4, and 5 in the UK. He has a BA in European studies and completed his PGCE at Bath Spa university. Over the last seven years he has lived and worked in Spain – teaching EFL in a language academy and General, Business English and Spanish online. He has also been involved in the creation of online language learning resources and platforms.
